I would give them a negative star if that was possible. This company is a scam. They are actually called xoraxt technology company, ltd. Based in China. I ordered off of an ad on IG. Not only did they send me the incorrect apparel items, they were damaged. I paid using PayPal. The return label from the scammers reads: Alice, 4501 S Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA 93004. When I filed to return the items, I had to do several searches by the name of the product they used, the sku#, and the original company name. I finally found something under support at knot-wood.com – which is no where on the mailing or receipt or original ad. So, now there are 3 names associated with the purchase (Alice, Xoraxt and knot-wood). SCAM. And, you can’t file against them because they are based in China.
