Booked a car rental at Sixt LAX through Klook. Arrived at Sixt and there was no booking under my name, nor had I been provided a reservation number from Klook. I’ve already paid and it’s been 8 days trying to contact Klook to get a refund. This is beyond frustrating and I believe them to be a scam website!
