The rate I am getting on the website is different from the mobile app. So, I am worried that once I book it on the website, then my booking will not be synced with the mobile KLOOK Travel app. There is no clue as to where to book and why that is happening? Customer service chat is not responding…. for 1 hour it is keeping me waiting. Looks like a scam and risky to book hereNow the rates have increased. I have screehshots to prove the issue. Such things does not give me confidence to book on Klook
