Terrible and inflexible service by klook. Accidentally cancel a JR booking where full refund cannot be done because operator imposed a fulfilment fees when it’s not even fulfilled. Klook insisted it’s their policy that cannot have full refund. Repeat like a broken radio without giving an exception. What a scam.
