I booked a dolphin experience with them, I got tickets for a sea lion experience. After spending $480 they said they had realized their mistake and would refund in the way of credits. They said this would be done in 24 hours. It’s now been more than 4 days and they haven’t returned money or credits. Pure fraudulent and I would never deal with them again. Every time I speak to someone I get false promises. Stay away from them and keep hold of your hard earned money! I will be taking further action against them for misleading advertising and fraud!
