UPDATE: I am happy to say that I will be receiving a full refund. It is currently in process. Thank you Klinio team for addressing this!! I am happy with the refund process. At this point my experience makes it less than 1 star, but that is not an option. I ordered and paid $66 for the program…. Only thing you get is to be able to log foods and a couple of recipes which is ridiculous. I asked for cancellation and refund. They wasted no time in cancellation, but still going round and round about the refund. I cancelled within an hour of ordering, am I really supposed to pay $66 for that?? If they refund me, I will update my comments….. until then do not order from them it’s a scam.
