Horrible, HORRIBLE experience. Do not use this agency. Half of our trip was cancelled with no solution. No refund, reimbursement via voucher, no help finding other flights, just a very rude Customer Service Agent that refused to assist. The other half of our trip shows no issues and they will not allow us to take the flights. An absolute scam and we will be pursuing legal action if this is not properly handled.
