It is a scam.. avoid.. it is just a booking software that supposedly facilitates your booking but doesn’t work very well, gives misinformation, TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT DOESN’T CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING, and if you want to get a refund, – before confirmation with the airline- it only let’s you cancel and get zero refund. Somehow my ticket had got checked-in as well which meant I had to pay extra to Ryan air to get my ticket change. The receptionist at Ryan air also said many customers have problem with Kiwi
