I fly ALL the time, first and LAST time ever flying through this company. If I could, I would give this negative stars. I HIGHLY encourage everyone to book their flights on other sites, specifically: Skyscanner, Expedia, Google Flights, Booking.com! Way better customer service, refund opportunity and check-in! IF, you want to find flight options that kiwi puts together, just find their flight patterns and book elsewhere. This is a scam company. They nickel and dime you SO much that it makes it end up costing 10% more than (AT LEAST) just booking directly with the airline.
