I ordered a flight for the summer for all my family to Italy and paid around 2,000 Euro, the flight has been canceled, and they offered a refund of 100 Euro. I checked with the airline and apparently, the flight does not exist!! I spoke to Kiwi’s customer service who offered no real assistance beyond quoting their terms and conditions.As of today, I have not received a credit, and the whole process looks like a scam.
