Stay Away! Terrible customer experience. I booked a trip from Florida to Brazil for myself and my wife, paid extra to sit together (of course) and for checked baggage. The next day I get an email that says I am unable to sit with my wife, and that they are unsure if I will be able to bring my luggage. I call customer service, and my only option is a $10 refund. I would not have booked any flight out of the country without believing I could sit with my traveling partner and bring checked luggage. Absolute scam!
