Booked a trip with 2 flights. One flight was canceled by the carrier, and Kiwi.com said my trip was no longer possible, so I would need to request a refund for the second flight. I didn’t get a refund, and Kiwi.com sent me a “voucher” instead. I called the airline multiple times and they said this voucher did not exist, and they could try looking up any half-completed vouchers if I had the email that was used to book the flight. Kiwi.com refused to give me this email, so the airline couldn’t do anything. Kiwi.com set me up to never receive any voucher, and it is entirely their fault. The airline was very apologetic and suggested that I report Kiwi.com as a scam, and I agree.
