Update 18th Oct 2023 following kitchenshop replyNot finding me on the system is a clear lie. I have 8 emails from kitchenshop. I also never received the kettle that they offered me to test so I 100% dispute that their terms and conditions were explained to me. I only paid 2 euros for postage of a product that I never received. I have also received no email from them as they mention on their reply.____________Definitely scam – I will certainly be taking action via my credit card providerI thought I paid for postage (2 euros) to receive a kettle to try and now I’m on the verge of being charged for a subscription of something I don’t even know what it is!
