Very bad and unprofessional support team ,I was asked for verification for order of 20 eur which I paid how they say with ”Non refundable payment method” If this payment method is not refundable and customer do not want to use your website anymore due to requested verification ,you are not allowed to force people to verify if they dont want to do it . I will never ever comeback to this website buying anything ,as their website is total scam .Kindly do not reply with your copy pasted answer about that verification is common procedure (as It looks like you dont know anything about refunds and how to solve tickets you have)Just enjoy Big mac meals on money you stole from me :).0/10
