See update below…. (Original review)Purchased Microsoft Office. Tried to activate and was denied because of too many activations with the Key already. Requested a refund… it’s been two days with no response from the “Merchant” as it says in my support ticket. I figured it was a scam but took a chance. It’s a scam…. don’t do it. If I ever do get refunded I will update my review accordingly.(Update) I was able to activate the software by phone on day four. It was overall the most frustrating and convoluted installation and activation i have ever done for any software ever. The first link given for me to download the software didn’t work and the alternate link provided was a torrent download. No much shadier than a torrent download for purchased software in my view. Was denied online activation and phone activation wasn’t cooperating but wasn’t denied. Tried both again today, online activation was still denied but phone activation worked.I do not recommend unless you like being frustrated every step of the way for software installation.
