Purchased a steam account and expected a fully functioning version of Elden Ring, instead I get copy that is only able to be played offline. The merchant and Kinguin are both refusing to refund the purchase because the game was accessed offline, which I did to test whether the game was even functional and not just a fraudulent copy. They are essentially allowing illegal copies of games to be sold through steam accounts and than stating the product is not able to be refunded because it was accessed offline and therefore working as intended. This site should be called CONguin.
