Literally got scammed.I purchased a steam gift card, the money got deducted from my card, I got no confirmation email or any type of email with the product details and when I check for the product inside my Kinguin account it appears as like I never ordered something.I tried to reach out the support but the chat is extremely bad designed and I had to struggle to find out where to email them about what happened.When I found out how and explained the problem I have, they replied “We are sorry but we can’t help you if you can’t provide us with a delivery id”. What ID should I provide to you if inside my account there are no orders but the money got deducted from my bank account :/Worst experience with any market I ever had.Don’t get tricked like many people do as I can see now from the reviews…
