I ordered this book and after waiting for more than a month I contacted the owner of the company Sabri Suby to request a refund and he not only he offered no apologies but he was also impolite and helpless. He started giving me a hard time instead of refunding me the $6.95 that I paid. Sabri Suby: what kind of person are you? You have no decency, no ethics, and you want to give marketing advice?
