It’s a scam, plain and simple. Here is how they “operate”:- Asking ahead of order placement for lead time they will always confirm the order can be handled on short notice- Once order is placed, they will not provide a date/time slot and more often don’t reply at all for days- Once you ask for a refund, they will try to convince you, that NOW the order can be done in no time- If you agree to give them a second chance, they again will not provide any date/time slot- Once you are fed up and insist on a refund they will ultimately tell you that refund will take 3-7 business days- At the end of said 3-7 days they will simply ghost you and obviously they NEVER issue a refundEven though it’s unlikely you will ever get your money back, I highly recommend reporting them to your credit card provider. Because ultimately getting kicked off the credit card payment system hits them harder as a single refund would have.
