So far, I’ve ordered two services. One was planned for the next day, the other was supposed to take place within 15 minutes. It’s now 3.5 hours later and support won’t even acknowledge the order. I’ve asked numerous times and haven’t gotten a single update, just ignored to the point where they ask for the ID number again. Absolutely awful service.Update: After reading more reviews, they’ll post their copypasta response and never do anything to actually fix the problem. It’s 110% a scam, friends. The Discord “support” is either a bot or just unable to comprehend English and speaks in 20-40 minute gaps. If you try to work for them, they demand you send a photo of your license in front of their website without even introducing themselves. This is 110% a scam, I repeat, 110% scam. I can’t say it enough. Don’t fall for it and don’t fall for the fake response they’ll post on this. I assure you, they won’t do anything to fix it. If they do, I’ll gladly update WITH this review.
