Paid 100% per express service D4. Waited ~3 hours and nothing happened. Wanted refund – they pay 80% back as per website description. But international law is not concidered. – Not holding the promise- not giving any time when they will start „just wait and wait“- paying 80% back for refund. Buying stuff online and giving back has an international right for 100% payback. Does not matter what they believe is right. So Scam on international level- saying there is an agent assigned soon. Never any agent contacted
