I only joined in for the first orientation class and asked to cancel the program. I have not attended any other sessions or signed the given contract. I received one email from customer care replying promptly to a question I had about time zone, but have not heard back about refund or cancellation. I have also asked to be take off the mailing list, as I keep receiving multiple emails daily. Now having read other reviews on customers using the kpi system I feel that this is a scam and feel stupid for having signed up.
