It took long to receive the confirmation email so it felt at first like it was a scam. Plus when I received the item I tried desperately to find a way to contact kickscrew from the website but no contact was given. I tried replying to one of the emails but received no response. The only thing I’m happy about is the shoe but the service/experience made me very uneasy.
