I bought a game from the shop. The payment was stuck on pending due to a mistake/bug on K4G’s side and i got charged but received no key. I wrote to their support through email and opened a “report a bug ” ticket on their side to let them know this happened. After 1 hour of not getting a response and looking for a way to get my money back i stumbled upon their live chat support system that was hidden rather well in their site. But the experience there was decent as the support offred to restore the money i had spent to my K4G wallet and also gave me an extra 10% for the bad experience. I don’t know what would’ve happened if I hadn’t gone through the trouble of trying to find a live chat on their site. Probably would not have received an answer on email. So if you have problems with this site look for the live chat. You need to make the live chat support button more obvious if email is gonna take so long. Especially when there is a high chance people think they were scammed. Even if you don’t immediately resolve the issues just be there to say “hey, we’re working on it.”
