JustFly is a scam website. Avoid using. I booked a flight with clear guidelines for free cancellation within 24 hours by calling. When I called, they said they need to escalate and will cancel by calling airline themselves, and send me an email confirmation of cancellation. Then they sent me an email saying we tried to contact you and it’s not cancelled. Again I had to call with long holding times again. Spending hours without even able to cancel. Please avoid this scam website and book it yourselves. Then they told me they can’t give refund despite booking with in 24 hours.
