Terrible service! Stay away! Supposedly, it was a “supervisor” who called me. I tried to change destination because of an emergency, and they said ok for $485. I said that was too much. They said ok, how about $381. Then they said I had to pay it only by prepaid card. I suspect a scam. Awful experience!
