SCAM!!!! I didn’t know about, contact, or ask for JustAnswer in any way. I was approached by “Jeffrey B” that out of nowhere, he could fix the Facebook issue I was working on.Ultimately determined there was a special rate for me of $25.In short, the issue wasn’t fixed, I found a $55 charge on my credit card that I hadn’t authorized, and learned it was a ‘monthly’ fee!STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM JUST ANSWER, and don’t even believe the gotta-be-fake 5 star reviews.
