Paid £1 initially to get an answer that wasn’t really that helpful and was the same answer you receive from a google search. Have noticed today that I have been charged £35 this month and last month for a membership fee. This was not at all made clear when initially using the service, which is apparent by the fact that I am not the first to make this complaint.Their customer service was quite blunt and unhelpful, then closed the chat abruptly. After trying two more times to talk to someone, I was told the supervisor was busy. Seems odd that only 2 people would be dealing with queries and leads me to suspect they are screening for anyone who has previously complained.I will be seeking further help from a financial ombudsman and my bank with this issue. They’re essentially a scam service.
