The website is super misleading. I was given the option of paying $5 to have my question answered. I paid it and proceeded with my question. The following date I got an email saying my $5 was refunded but I had been charged $35 instead. I called customer service and was told a supervisor would call me back within 30 minutes. I even asked what happens if they don’t. I was assured they would call. Of course they never did. Terrible service. Absolutely are purposefully misleading scammers
