I came across this service at what is arguabley a bait and switch trap. ‘Just $1 to start’ it boasts along with a 100% Guarantee medallion next to the bait. I checked the service agreement but there was no price in information or at least none that was easy to find. I was relying on the proffered offer to be legit. It was only after I was a member did I finally discover that the $1 to start is misleading customers. All it means is the first month’s charge cost an extra dollar. Talking with support only minutes after discovering the scam trying to get a refund I was met with resistance and ‘policy’ claims. It’s really a creepy business model in this day and age. I’m not sure why they’ve such good ratings but these days I’ve no trust in much of anything.
