This is a dishonest company. I was led to believe I could get an answer about my microwave for a $5 fee. It was not clear that I was being automatically enrolled in a $50 / month membership. I realized what had happened with a couple of days and canceled but the company representative refused to refund the initial $50 charge insisting that their site was clear. It is not. this is a scam. stay away from them.
