I was told I would be charged $1 to talk with a rep. Later, I got an alert from my credit card company that $55 was charged. In the meantime, the “expert” gave me advice which was completely wrong. He indicated I should return the product, but I later learned that the device firmware needed upgrading. The expert was completely wrong, spent only 2 minutes “diagnosing” the problem and the company charged me much more than I was initially told. I am canceling my account and will never use JustAnswer again, it’s a scammy fraud in my opinion.
