I was scammed out of £35 when I asked a question. I was asked for £1 which was refundable. Not only did they not return my £1, they set up a monthly subscription which they say I signed up for. I certainly didn’t. I managed to cancel my subscription but cannot get my £35 refunded. Avoid this company at all costs.
