Paid £1 to get an answer, which didn’t help at all and now 3 days later £35 has been taken from my account without authority to become a member!! I didn’t sign up for any membership. Tried talking to them on their help chat and surprise, surprise nothing. I am really angry about this and they are nothing but a scam company. Oh and by the way I thought I was on the HP website, trying to find answers to a printer problem and it was HP asking for the £1. I would never have given my credit card details to a company I didn’t know……be careful.
