They claim to have experts answer questions for a set fee. They don’t tell you that after the initial £5 it costs £28 on a monthly recurring DD.I signed up for the trial with a query on a car repair and got a reply within 10 minutes from a BMW mechanic. The information was VERY basic – less than you would get from a google query. He then wanted a further £18 to take a phone call to get more info.I am not calling JustAnswers a scam – just a waste of money. Don’t bother with them INHO.
