It’s a scam, I don’t even know if the information I got from the provider was real after dealing with customer service. That’s my fault for not checking the site out thoroughly. What wasn’t okay was getting a prompt that disclaimed it was $5 for a question. What they dont tell you before giving credit information is that it’s actually $35. That comes in the email AFTER making the purchase. They’re using people’s fear over needs that need to be met as a way to make money. Although my vet seemed reputable they did take an hour to respond. So know that they may not be well staffed if your issue is urgent.
