I called once in October 2022 and they could not answer my question, but they did start billing me $37.00/month. When I called, they cancelled my “membership” but refused my request for a refund. What a scam. Asked to speak with a supervisor, never got a call back. After a second call they refunded one measly month and said their hidden website renewal terms were ironclad. There is a class action lawsuit against them. Wish I had known that earlier. They want my email so we can chat. More later.
