This is a scam that is dependent on people to forget that they have a membership, and forced them to pay a hefty monthly fee that is “non-refundable.” If you’re desperate enough to use justanswer, you better make sure you cancel your membership as soon as you get your answer. This company is a good concept but refusing to refund someone after canceling less than 24 hours after being charged and after not using their service for several months is poor business. My trust has been broken.
