Total Scam! The chat tells you to ask your question for $5. Then takes your credit card but doesn’t disclose the charge. The confirmation email then tells you they charged $5 plus a monthly charge of $69. I cancelled immediately and asked for a refund and was denied. They are being sued for this practice. Will dispute with Capital One to get refund. RUN!
