Fraudulent.I waited and waited fr a vet to come on board they kept me on with an assistant and by this time 4 minutes had come to pass. A canned response popped up 2 seconds before the presumed vet had jumped on the chat. Upon his popping up on the chat he started off by saying he’s not able to prescribe RX because one needs to go to a vet. No question was asked only requested a refund. To which he stated he can’t. 7 text back and forth all capture with iphone they deney my request stating I on a memebership and they can cancel. I stated that I never agreed to a membership, and just simply wanted my money back. To which they said my membership is active. No question asked no forward momentum. This organization is wrought by driving charges on someones credit card, no professional help was ever given.
