Absolute scam-avoid at all costs!! I was directed through a chat option with Travelodge who I was struggling to resolve an invoice with. There was an initial, add payment details for €1 which would be refunded immediately and there was no indication of any charges. As far as I was concerned they had outsourced their chat line and I dealt with a helpful Indian man. The next day £42 out of my account, I’m absolutely seething 😡
