Horrible scam. Boy do I feel dumb.I asked the question whether one of their neurologists could prescribe me preventative medication for migraines. After they took my money and connected me, the neurologist told me to click on Try RX if I want a prescription. That was it. That was the answer to my $47 question. When I left the doctor a well-deserved one star review, I was told that “This section is purely for medical questions and you put a question then using the telemedicine service.” I immediately canceled my “subscription,” but I’m still out $47 for this ridiculous scam.
