I found this website while having problems with my google account. The website advertised a one time $5 fee so I paid it to talk to a “tech expert” that was basically told me that if I don’t know how to fix it myself then I’m SOL, so I cancelled my membership the exact same day I payed the $5 and now nonstop for the past two and a half weeks the company has been trying to charge my account $56. I’ve been alerted every time by my bank and have not authorized any money to go through. I called customer support, used the customer support chat, and emailed customer service and I keep getting told the same thing, “We’ll stop the charges”and then I’ll be notified of another charge that has been declined by my bank THE NEXT DAY. This website is a complete and total scam that advertises helping people but really they’re trying to rip you off and steal your money. DO NOT USE.
