Total scam website. Asked what turned out to be a basic computer question, got minimal assistance, now they repeatedly try to take £35 from my account. Luckily, my bank informed me because they flagged up as dodgy. My bank has now blocked them from my account. Absolutely useless , scam outfit . Do not use
