I ordered a bottle of Jo Malone Myrrh and Tonka. The bottle I received is very clearly a fake. The label is not one the brand has ever used, it does not match what is on the site, and the juice smells nothing like a bottle I’ve previously bought from Jo Malone. They are REFUSING to pay the return shipping and REFUSING to acknowledge they might have accidently received a fake batch. Buyer beware. Absolute scam site, I’m now having to deal with PayPal because these con artists refuse to cover a return for something that is 100% their fault.I was sent a return label, told they were charging me $14 to return and deducting the cost of shipping (an undisclosed number between $5 and $40) with the stated reason for return “didn’t like”… No… I don’t like being sold counterfeit products, but it’s the part where they are illegally (and now knowingly) selling counterfeits that is the problem.I wish I could upload images here. Jomashop is being rude and abrasive. The bottle I was send has fonts that don’t match bottles I bought direct from Jo Malone. The labels are a different design from every Malone bottle in existence. The smell is off. It is fake. Because the counterfeiter happened to slap a batch code on the bottle (which all fakes do because they simply copy all text on real bottles) Jomashop is throwing their hands up.Whatever you do, do not buy from these people. They sent me a fake and have been nothing but vile and verbally abusive.
