My first time ordering and they charged me twice for the same item. They claimed that they hold the duplicate amount until the order ships (I’ve never encountered this before). Well, it wasn’t true. My account was charged a second time and they said I had to wait 7-10 business days to see it refunded. Excuse me?! When I told them to just cancel my order the rep REFUSED to! Jomashop is a scam, don’t order from them.
