Can’t redeem points. SCAM! I have tried contacting them multiple times for months! Via email and their online chat. My emails do not receive a response and my chat experience was not much better. First time I tried their online chat as soon as I mentioned my issue with redemption the person disappeared. The 2nd time they said they were looking up my account but did absolutely nothing and waited for the chat to time out (twice!). So frustrating! So the company is making money/commissions off of us as consumers utilizing their product yet they are not actually following through on their commitment to consumers and allowing us to redeem our points. If you read online, not being able to redeem points is a common problem. idk, seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
