This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re a fraud. They promise access to medications, timely responses to questions, and a helpful app. Even their app doesn’t work well. It’s slow and difficult to navigate. This company should not be allowed to take on anymore members, let alone do business, until they’re staffed adequately to provide the services they promised and their customers paid for. I hope they’re sued or fined because what they’re doing is so dishonest and not to mention they take tax free FSA money to not provide their services.
