Freaking joke. No one responds to the customer service messages and that is the only way to communicate. They respond right away to these and other online bad reviews but can’t respond in the app? They promise negotiating a $25 copay for meds, which is a scam. I got a copay for $1200, on top of the cost of the program. No one returns my messages, they don’t fall through on their promises. No one will communicate with me and I’ve sent messages every single freaking day.
