Scam! Ignore my cancellation request and take payment without authorization. I sent the email on 15 May to you to cancel the membership. The request ref is #932644. However you still charge me £59 to renew the membership on 17 May. My trial membership is from 04 May 2023 – 18 May 2023. I emailed you to cancel the membership on 15 May which is 3 days ahead of the trial membership end date. I request full refund ASAP!
